DOMESTIC DELIVERIES:
We charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order for shipping. The goods are shipped by DHL or Deutsche Post.
From an order value of €150, there are no shipping costs for shipping within Germany.

DELIVERIES TO AUSTRIA:
We charge a flat rate of €12.00 per order for parcels. Small products that are sent by goods post are charged with shipping costs of 7€. The goods are sent by DHL.

We charge a flat rate of €15.00 per order for parcels. Small products that are sent by goods post are charged with shipping costs of 7€. The goods are sent by DHL.

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €17.00 per order. Small products that are sent by goods post will be charged with shipping costs of 9€. The goods are shipped by DHL.

DELIVERY DEADLINES:
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
