About the founder

We are a small label from Munich that was founded by me, Nicola Marisa Conrady, in 2016.

I discovered my creative streak at an early age and learned to sew from my grandma.

After graduating as a business IT specialist, I couldn't let go of my passion for textiles and decided to complete a further degree in textile technology in Reutlingen.

How it all began...

Alongside my studies, I sewed my first cosmetic bags and gave them to my two sisters for Christmas. When I saw the joy in their eyes as they unwrapped them, the foundation stone for my own label was laid.

Since then, I have combined my heart's desire - to bring joy to people with beautiful and high-quality products - with fine craftsmanship and a passion for high-quality textiles.

The MIA MARISA label

MIA MARISA stands for "MIA" = "My" (Italian) and "MARISA" = "My middle name" and means something like:

"My Marisa" - A part of me for you!

Our visions & values

From the very beginning, it was important to me that my products bring joy to my customers and are something special for them.

I not only attach importance to aesthetic design, but also to the functionality of the products.

All models are made with great care in our studio in Munich, Germany. Only small series are produced in order to maintain an appreciation of sustainability and environmental awareness.

Our studio

In the east of Munich - in Forstern - we work on beautiful new products every day in our light-flooded studio. From design to production to shipping, everything takes place under one roof.
